This premium service is exclusively for active clients who already know and trust me. Perfect for urgent inbox meltdowns, calendar chaos, or unexpected tasks that can’t wait.
How it works:
Available only to ongoing clients with a package or pre-booked hours
Minimum call-out fee: £75 (deducted from your next invoice)
Emergency hourly rate: £45/hour (minimum 1-hour charge)
For genuine admin emergencies — missing documents, urgent fixes, sudden overload

Pre-Booked Hours are valid for 3 months to help you plan ahead and ensure I can schedule your support. Any unused hours after that period expire, but I’ll always remind you well before they run out.

Yes, to give you the best support, my Bespoke Retainer usually has a 1-month minimum, while Premium Dedicated PA packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows me to build real structure and continuity for you.

I understand things change! I just ask for 30 days’ notice for retainers or Premium PA packages so we can wrap up your tasks smoothly and transfer any knowledge if needed.
